Oladipupo Babatunde – Managing Director / CEO
– Oladipupo who is actively involved in the construction industry, is a 1984 HND graduate of Building and Civil Engineering from Lagos State Polytechnique with a master’s in project management from the University of Lagos. He worked briefly with two engineering firms – Seg Mahsen & Co. Nig. Ltd. and Tevon Engineering Ltd before setting up Lad- Chrislord Limited. Oladipupo, an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) is the principal partner of Oladipupo Babatunde & Co., a firm of professional Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
Charity Babatunde – Executive Director –
Charity is a senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) and an astute administrator with a keen entrepreneurial mindset. She is a skilled strategist who transforms plans into workable solutions and benchmarks performance against key operational targets/goals. Her versatility has equipped her with hands-on experience across diverse industries and sectors. With over 30 years of eclectic work experience as a banker, business and social entrepreneur, consultant, and life coach, Charity is an enthusiastic problem-solver with excellent detail orientation and an ardent ability to rapidly assess and develop action plans to address diverse situational challenges.
Segun Okhuoya – Senior Site Engineer
– Segun is responsible for the supervision of projects on site. He holds an H. N. D and Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has over 20 years experience in Building Construction.
Jide Fasina – Project Engineer
– Jide holds an H. N. D in Building Technology. He has worked in various construction firms before joining our company. He is responsible for our building works.
Gbenga Williams – Project Director
– holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has been actively involved in building construction and architectural services for over 20 years. Gbenga is our Project Director and is responsible for the interpretation of architectural drawings on site.
Emmanuel Omola – Site Engineer
– Emmanuel is our Site Engineer. He holds an H. N. D in Civil Engineering. He is responsible for our building works.
Jumoke Ishola – Administrator
– As the company’s Administrator, Jumoke is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office and project logistics She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Lagos State University.
Samson Adekanmbi – Accountant
– Samson is a chartered accountant and has responsibility for our Accounts and Procurement unit.
Emeka Okorafor – Real Estate Coordinator
– Emeka is a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer. He heads our real estate unit.
Sunday Wusu – heads our building team
– Sunday is a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building & past president of the Lagos Chapter (N.I.O.B). He has over 20 years of experience in building construction. We also have in our employment several other professionals, skilled workmen, and artisans who work with the company on a contract basis
